Aperitivo

Paloma

Palomas are a delicious, refreshing summer drink, usually made by mixing tequila and grapefruit soda. Fast and simple but totally processed. This is a version made with fresh ingredients that is just as user-friendly, but much cleaner. It’s also easier to add your own touch to it, by introducing chilies, fruits or herbs to create a more dynamic, personalized flavor. Also, choosing between a smokier mezcal or a classic tequila will impact the vibe too.
