Our signature extended farm table came to life with a harvest offering of prized organic veggies from One Sun Farms and JJ Martin’s fab new GOOP x La Double J collection. Add to that live music, the cutest cocktails and a dreamy backyard setting in the Pacific Palisades. The takeaway? Mini olive trees — that were at once place-card holders and party gifts.

INGREDIENTS
all units: U.S. Imperial
- 1.5 oz Tequila or Mezcal
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Explorer Cold Brew
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Add everything to a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
INGREDIENTS
all units: U.S. Imperial
*makes one large pancake or two smaller pancakes
- 1 c chickpea flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 c lukewarm water
Suggested Toppings
- Roasted Carrots, babaganoush & sliced avocado
- Smoked salmon, creme fraiche & herbs
- Fresh dill, parsley, cilantro, pickled onions or fresno chilis
Preheat the oven to 350º.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil. Slowly our the water in. The mixture should look like heavy cream.
Heat the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet. Pour the entire mixture into the pan and wait for it to bubble on the edges. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the pancake is firm and golden brown.
Remove the pan and finish with desired toppings.
